1. Custom & Personalized Products

All banners, stickers, magnets, banner stands, and other custom printed products (collectively referred to as "signage") are made to order. As such, all custom and personalized products are nonrefundable and nonreturnable, except in cases where:

The product arrives defective or damaged, or
The product was produced incorrectly due to our error (e.g., wrong size, material, or print file that does not match the approved proof or order).

If an error is confirmed to be the fault of StickersBanners, we may, at our discretion:

Reprint the product at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund or store credit.

2. Order Approval & Digital Proofs

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs prior to production.

Once proof is approved, StickersBanners is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to, spelling, grammar, layout, colors, image quality, or design choices.
Refunds or reprints will not be issued for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Orders placed through the Online Design Center automatically generate a digital proof sent to the email provided at checkout. This proof serves as the final proof and will be printed as approved once payment is received.

If artwork is found to be low-resolution or pixelated, the Buyer will be notified. A close-up proof may be provided, and the Buyer may choose to:

Provide new artwork (preferably vector format),
Submit higher-resolution artwork, or
Approve printing as-is.

If printing as-is is approved, StickersBanners is not liable for image quality issues, delays, or expedited shipping costs unless expressly instructed to proceed immediately.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify StickersBanners within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void eligibility for a reprint, refund, or credit.

4. Color Variations

Color output may vary due to differences in monitor displays, ink batches, print media, and printer color profiles. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed, and refunds or reprints will not be issued for color differences that fall within standard printing tolerances.

5. Image Quality & Pixelation (Not Covered)

Image quality depends heavily on the file provided by the Buyer.

Raster (pixel-based) images may become pixelated when enlarged.
Increasing DPI does not add detail and may reduce quality.

StickersBanners is not liable for pixelation or image quality issues in approved proofs.

6. Banner Stands

Banner stands are inspected prior to shipment.

If parts are missing or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Missing components will be shipped at our expense.

If a banner stand must be returned:

It must be returned in its original packaging within 72 hours.
The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
A 10% restocking fee applies if the original packaging is not intact.

7. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly for ground shipping.

If delivery by a specific date is required, an express shipping option must be selected at checkout.

StickersBanners is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, credits, or reprints.

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone.

If production or printing has already begun, a 50% ink and substrate fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Pick-Up Orders

For local pick-up orders:

The Buyer is responsible for collecting signage within a reasonable timeframe.
StickersBanners facilities are not storage locations.

Orders not picked up within 14 days may be discarded. If additional time is required, the Buyer must notify us in advance so accommodations can be discussed.
